Xfinity Rewards “Festive Fleet” Campaign
Project
Design a campaign that highlights inspiring and heartwarming connections between employees and customers, grounded in our deep appreciation for their business (which will help to continue to drive Xfinity Rewards). This project consists of printed and electronic comms, gifts, video props and General Market Videos. One (1) Long form (2-3 mins), One (1) Long form (2-3 mins) with Subtitles, One (1) :30s TV spot, General Market: 30s Retail Spot and a General Market: 30s Retail Spot (No Audio).
“Festive Fleet” is a unique opportunity for Xfinity to show their customers how much they care about them through surprise and delight moments around the holiday season. The campaign is a tradition that brings our employees together and reminds us of all of the ways Xfinity is able to connect to our customers on a personal level.
Concept: “Close Knit”
This holiday centric design is inspired by home made, hand crafted goods. This knitted pattern represents home and a warm fire. Combining the Xfinity icon and tech look we’re able to replicate a similar feeling of a gift made with love.
Goal
The goal of this program is to showcase the best of what humanity has to offer. The holiday videos show what large companies can do when they care for their customers. It is a heartfelt moment that is sometimes rarely seen in modern days. But Xfinity does a great job of capturing these moments where 2 people can come together and express what it is that makes Xfinity such a great company.
